Marks & Spencer

Marks & Spencer are based at Waterside House in the new development at Paddington Basin. Waterside is a flexible and inspiring workspace, which will facilitate smarter ways of working and encourage creativity and innovation. This move to a more efficient, modern environment is part of building a better Marks & Spencer business.

Waterside House occupies 220,000 sq.ft of office space over 11 floors. The building was designed by leading international architect Lord Rogers, well known for striking buildings including Lloyds of London, The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and The Pompidou Centre in Paris.

Once inside any of the head office sites, employees and visitors alike experience a very contemporary feel with wide open spaces, full of light and reflect an open environment that helps to attract and develop talented and capable people, and provide an improved service to customers.

Marks & Spencer are proud to be part of Paddington and play an important role in the community.
