Paddington Waterside is unlike any other mixed-use development location in the south east, in that it does not simply involve one development and developer but 13 separate schemes, all in different land ownership and driven by independent development funding vehicles, the very reason for Paddington Waterside Partnership's existence.

But Paddington is unique not simply by virtue of the volume of development schemes, but by the value set and principles of the developers, companies and agencies delivering lasting change at Paddington.

Members of Paddington Waterside Partnership subscribe on an annual, voluntary basis. The Partnership is not-for-profit and operates as a company limited by guarantee. Subscription levels for developers are determined by scale of development and for occupiers by staff numbers/floorspace occupied.

Since its launch in 1998 with eight developer members, the Partnership has grown to include some of the largest employers in the area.
